Dear all, I bought an DP-X1 second hand for cheap, and it came with an audio jack problem. The 3.5mm has loss on the left side, and the 2.5mm has channel imbalance. I had thought that I can get it fixed at Singapore's (where i'm at) service centre, but apparently they do not fix overseas units. ...

Yup, I've tried that. but they still do not respond to any button presses. For example, I am not able to use the lock key to wake up the screen at all.
