Density has a biigg impact - some say even more than tips on IEMs or pads on HPs. You might need to try a full low or medium density

Hmm, you'd have to be like...6' +++ giant for earbuds to not fit at all! Hopefully you'll find something that works - fitment is a pain but once you figure it out, you will get better bass, staging, and won't have to blast it.
