Many thanks. Can't believe I missed that setting! I'm sure others were saying that the streaming quality was improved and couldn't understand what the issue was.

My only real gripe is that I can't get higher than 24bit 48KHz using Amazon HD.

I believe the cap was removed in the last update going by previous posts, but it's definitely louder when using streaming apps etc than it was before. I would have to max the volume at 120 some of the time (depending on headphones used), now 120 is too loud when using Amazon HD etc.

I installed the latest update last night (2.01.00, I'm in UK). I've been listening to music for a couple of hours now, and there's been no beeps or warnings of any kind. The removal of this has definitely made using the player more enjoyable!
