For me the right ear has defaulted custom EQ settings every time they are taken out of case or powered up. Left side seems to hold EQ settings, but not EQ-gain.

It seems to save now, but when first taking out of the case one side often has a different level to the other - I then have to 'make a change' to the EQ for it to work itself out. Also have had to turn custom EQ off and on again. The EQ curve does seem to stick though..... Still buggy :-/
