All in all it ended well. Szadzik had his flatmate ship it and she shipped it Australia instead of U.S. After almost a month it made it's way back to me.
Szadzik was willing to fully refund it if was lost. All in all, Szadzik is a trustworthy selling.

A nice head-fi'er. I reserved his DT1350 for approx 1 month, the deposit for reservation is reasonable and he posted the phones right after getting back to them (sent on Sat and arrived on next Mon). Smooth communication and transaction.
