If anyone else is interested in pursuing this Astell & Kern “no longer supported” issue further by looking at what can be done legally, please post something and if there is enough interest I may start a separate thread on this discussion.

They won’t because it’s become very clear that Astell&Kern has one thing on their mind, selling players. The have no concern about their customers once the product is bought and paid for.

Update: Still no reply at all from Astell & Kern customer service.

Being a business owner I really have a hard time understanding Astell & Kerns business philosophy “if you don’t like a customers concerns ...ignore them”. it’s been over a month without a single response sent to various AK email addresses. Who are these people??
