Ok I rang again and this time the woman booked me in, I got 12-2 Someone else get the other times please.

I just rang to book a room and the woman told me you can only book a week in advance, so I have to call back next weekend. You just rang up and booked fine yobs?

I'd go longer than 12-4, if you consider set up and pack up times - this really leaves very little listening time - especially for 10-15 people. I think we need pretty much a full day, 10-4 or so. I'm a student, so I can do one of the bookings, just let me know how/where.

Since no one else is suggesting dates, I'm going to pick Sat 22/9 because this is the start of the mid-semester break and will probably suit the uni students among us. What do people think of this date?

Looks like the CSE room is out - they emailed me back saying they won't have us. Is everyone happy paying $15ish for a room in the roundhouse for the day?
