One thing to try according to software team - do a full factory reset after the firmware update. It might help with resetting the configuration file.

Ok noted, will ask software team to provide one if possible. But the process should be basic, you should get the notification and follow it up as on normal phone.

M3 Plus is smaller, with better Android and slightly higher power. M6 Ultra would be positioned as better sounding one, but its tuning would be also a bit warmer than M3 Plus.

It's full-on Android system compared to simple Linux system.

It works on networks we were able to test here in China. Different networks might run different systems for user login, so software team was tasked to expend the possible compatibility on this.

If you have set sampling to 192, they would all come as 192. If you want to use such a wild range of sampling rates, we would have to recommend to choose output / input option that actually supports them. So ideally I2S or USB.

For 384 kHz over coaxial, you would need to enable the upsampling system of SMT1.3 and set it to 192. Then it would work.

Currently our ONIX XST20 supports gapless, both for CD and SACD. But that's only digital transport.

M1 Plus would work nicely as USB transport for Mojo 2. Our systems runs bit-perfect output, you would be getting the full Hi-Res PCM or DSD files to your DAC. There is no way to be sorting the playlists within the system. Only option would be to export them, re-arrange them as needed and...
