Best for me?
I will mostly be using these at home, but will be listening to vinyl, ibook, and ipod. As for music, I swing between two spectrums - one being hip-hop and electro, the other being acoustic and or softer things like folk or bluegrass. Pricewise I'm shooting for $100, but could stretch that to...- shanebryant

Best for me?
So, between the AKG K240S, Sennheiser HD 555 or Senn HD 590 - which should I get? And if I was going to spend $100 OR SO on IEM, what would you guys recommend? Need to order some this week....- shanebryant

Those AKG K240s are better than Grados, the Sony V6, or others? How much are they? Other opinions? Pics?- shanebryant

Best for me?
Hey all, I'm an average user whom listens to a mid-range home stereo and an ipod, who is looking for a set of cans around $100 that will not mash my big head and crush my ears. I like to listen for long lengths of time and a lot of headsets really hurt my ears after a while. I've been using...- shanebryant

headphones for hiphop/rap music + amateur producing
I have a big 'ole head, would a pair of V-6's fit well? And do the cups surround or sit onthe ears. I had those SOny DJ 700's or whatever, and they crushed my ears... And is there much diff between the V6 and the Sony MDR-7506? I just got a pair of Senn Fusion 500's and they're great, but I...- shanebryant

Super-comfy open phones for BIG head
Ugh, I hate text, misunderstandings come too easily As far as sound goes, an audiophile might pay $500 (or more) for cans, and my girlfriend wouldn't pay $30 for a pair. Now yes, the $500 set will sound badass, and the $30 Walmart pair will sound like butt, but there are really good...- shanebryant

Super-comfy open phones for BIG head
Let's recap my needs: Big head, medium-to-big ears, really comfy, $100 or less, really damn good sound. Lastly I'm pretty sure I'm gonna stick to Sony, Sennheiser, or Grados if they fit but I kinda doubt that.- shanebryant

Apple In Ear headphones
The ones that are all pointy and have the interchangable fittings SUCK. For real. A lot. A guy I work with bought them and tried to sell them around the office here for a week and NOBODY that put them in would give him $30 for them. He ended up eBaying them.- shanebryant
