how do IE8 respond to amp such as the Voyager
My D10 paired up with an ipod classic responds very well, but they also sound good unamped. For me the amp improved the soundstage and separation, but isn't a deal breaker with the IE8s.- royalmathmtcs

Sennheiser ie8 help
Before you order any new tips, you should try the ones that are supplied with the IE8s. If you aren't happy with any of the selections, then you may want to venture elsewhere.- royalmathmtcs

Having trouble deciding what IEMs to buy...
I listen to the IE8s for 5 - 6 hours a day with no problem. I could go longer if I wanted to. How long is long-term to you?- royalmathmtcs

M-Audio IE-20 XB vs. Ultimate Ears Super.fi 5 EB (or some other IEM for bass)
If you're looking for something in that price range, the Atrio M5s and Monster Turbines are also contenders.- royalmathmtcs

IEM's with sound signature like D2000?
The IE8s are the closest to the D2000 sound that I've heard, but if your limit is $200 I would think something like the Monster Turbines or Atrio M5s would be within reason.- royalmathmtcs

Can anyone suggest a combination that would have good synergy with a setup that switches between IE8s and D2000s? I am finding the stock setup way too dark for my liking.- royalmathmtcs

Moving away from IEM’s for everything but travel
Can you listen to them at an optimal volume without sound bleeding through into your surrounding environment? I wouldn't mind adding something like this to my collection, but they would sit on the shelf if they annoy others.- royalmathmtcs
