FiiO E10 + O2 amp
Hello, I have a FiiO E10 and recently bought an O2 amp to power my Sennheiser HD 650. I'm probably not doing the HD 650's justice, but that's all I can afford. My concern is how I connect the E10 with the O2. Can I just use a 3.5 to 3.5mm jack to connect the two through the E10's line out and...- Rotmammoth

You guys both have different opinions :[ Not sure which one to believe. Another question I have is if the jump from the Sennheiser HD 595 to HD 650 is significant. Any ideas or comments?- Rotmammoth

Sennheiser HD 650 with FiiO E10
If I do decide to go for the HD 650, would it be a good idea to get the E9 + E10 combo if the E10 alone doesn't provide enough power? Thank you for suggestions- Rotmammoth

Sennheiser HD 650 with FiiO E10
I already have the FiiO E10 and I wasn't planning on buying more headphone equipment. Would there be a better high-end headphone that would pair up perfectly with the E10? I am personally a fan of Sennheiser's headphones because I've owned 4 different cans from them and I love the sound stage...- Rotmammoth

Sennheiser HD 650 with FiiO E10
Just wondering if the E10 is capable of powering the HD 650 adequately. Any ideas? Some say that it's barely enough, which I am entirely fine with, but others say that you need an amp that's at least $1000. Thank you.- Rotmammoth

How to determine quality of headphones?
Are the 595's considered decent bass? People always say that sennheisers are weak on bass. I haven't tried any other brands so I can't really judge. The other day I was looking at Beyerdynamic's DT 770, 880, 990 and they pretty much look the same and have the same technical data. Why is...- Rotmammoth

How to determine quality of headphones?
OO ****. Did not expect so many responses. Thank you all for the info. Do you guys have any suggestions on what headphones I should get next? Currently using Sennheiser 595 with one of those E5 FiiO amps. Not sure what I should get next but I really do like the sound stage that...- Rotmammoth

How to determine quality of headphones?
So I've been looking at many different headphones and I do not understand how you would determine which one is better than which. For example, the Sennheiser HD 280 Pro has a frequency response of 8Hz - 25KHz whereas the Sennheiser HD 555 have a frequency response of 15Hz - 28KHz. Many say...- Rotmammoth

Planning to buy a Sennheiser Hd 595 (50 ohms) to replace my Sennheiser HD 448
Alright thanks. I was thinking about selling the HD 448's. I've owned them for pretty much 1 year and have kept them for in good condition for the most part. Does anyone know how much I should sell them for. Amazon sells new ones for one hundred dollars.- Rotmammoth
