I haven't axperience with portable amps, I'm answering only because I have the ATH-M50 and recently bought a C&C BK and I'm very happy with it. It's very small and quite powerful, I'm using it with my iphone and the ATH-M50 and there is a very noticeable difference, for good.   I hope this...

Update: The C&C BK replaced the C&C BOX+, according to the seller. It's way smaller and supposedly better!! I'll post some pictures later for those who may be interested in getting a nice and affordable portable amp.

They wrote me back and explained to me that the C&C BK replaced the old C&C BOX+, and also told me that besides the C&C BK being smaller, is better! So I guess it's done, not big deal in the end! After all, it's a sexy little amp, and quite powerful. I think I should share some pics with you
