I'm obviously no expert by my post count, but the zero dac/amp seems to be a nice choice if you are trying to stay under 200 for amp/dac. Alot of the ebay zeros come with a free usb>optical converter so that you could connect it to your laptop. Althought I'm sure you would get better sound...
