My situation is different so I want to cancel my order regardless of shipping date. Anyway they can actually still cancel the order with cancellation fee though Jake said they can't anymore, so I'm also worried if people asking refund only get 70% refund.

Yes you're right it shouldn't be a big deal as they can even swap IEM for different one. I wouldn't be mad if they just told me when first asking though. That conflicting makes me even madder.

Hmm I didn't get any notification email when got reply.. @Layman1 I have both and prefer Crystal tips but monster gel is good as well and unique. I also liked Monster "foam" supertips but not really use anymore since I got Crystal tips:)

So do you mean PM6 has two dual coil DD per earpiece while Hunter has one? I'm not sure about "2 x dual coil drivers + 2 dual balanced armatures ( 6 drivers per earpiece)" on the page, so I assume that each piece has "dual coil drivers + 2 dual balanced armatures" and "2 x" refers to 2 pieces.
