Mine had very bad smell too. Touching the pleather literally left the smell on my fingers for like 30 minute... I cleaned it a few times, smell went away after a few weeks, but still kinda worrying what kind of chemicals they using to make the pads.

Its properly connected, i can make the sound go away with moving the middle part of the cable where its fall of of my desk. That part is like its molten, way softer than other parts of the cable.

My cable is dying after just 8 month of usage, sometimes the volume just vanish in the right side, what kind of cable is fit this headphone? I don't need microphone. My takstar pro 80 died after like 1,5 year, kinda annoying that they cant make proper cables that last longer than 2 years...

I have 0 distortion, even at very high volume. Instead of that i noticed a lot of errors in the recordings with these headphones, even things like static noise in video game sound effect that i never heard with the pro 80. Sometimes the treble too much for my taste, but that maybe my setup too...

There is no way someones made fake pro 82, they sold such a low quantity, and they looks like exactly the same according to the pictures, i think its more like a small revision or something like that.

You can try and take it apart, and check if the soldering is okay with the connector, thats easy to fix. If the cable broke under the headrest part, it will be hard and time consuming to repair.

I read this topic aswell before, but you are right. The problem comes when you dont have any option to try out headphones, the only thing you can do is read reviews and trust them. A lot of headphone is impossible to buy in eastern-europe, for example Philips shp9500 was 120$ here 2 years ago...

Thats cute. :D I just ordered mine yesterday. I have a pro 80 currently, but i dont like them because they not comfy for me. After seeing the Zeos review how comfy these are i just had to order it. Also the pro 80 is falling apart, the pleather is horrible quality. I hope the Pro 82 pleather...
