Low end. Cheap. Generic. Otherwise bang for buck cable thread!
Hi!. I've tried to scan a few pages of this thread, but I wasn't able to find cheap but good cables for headphones. Does anyone has leads, specifically for Hifiman headphones? 3.5mm dual connector- PowerCycles

I wonder why is that. I mean, aside from the fit which is uncomfortable for some, it's a really great IEM. The new Drop JVC HA-FWX1, on the other hand, is about 300% of the sale price of JVC HA-FDX1. I'd say the HA-FDX1 still has much better value.- PowerCycles

Audio-Technica ATH-R70x - In-Depth Review & Impressions
Hi, how's your experience with these pads so far? What do you like about them? I'm looking for replacement earpads for my R70x and I saw your comment so I'm quite curious to try Brainwavz but there are just too much variants for xl. Also, you mentioned you've got a DT770 as well. Have you...- PowerCycles

Drop + JVC HA-FDX1 Dual Carbon IEM...available in the US!
I got it off from ebay as an new-open box though. So, I don't think it could be replaced. Anyhoo, I'm just trying to see if this is a common issue, and it appears it isn't.- PowerCycles

It's on the corner of the gray-ish part. Not on the silver where the name is printed. You might be right, although I don't see how the oils would reach that area.- PowerCycles

Drop + JVC HA-FDX1 Dual Carbon IEM...available in the US!
Going 3 months now. I barely use it, never used it outside the house, can't remember any instance where it got wet. I'm not really sure what caused this. The corrosion can be observed near the corner where the JVC HA-FDX1 is printed, not on the silver part. How about yours?- PowerCycles

I have noticed some parts of my JVC HA-FDX1 corroding. Has anyone got the same experience on their units? The weird thing is, only the right ear piece has got some rusting.- PowerCycles

Best IEM tips?
Thanks for the reply. About the size, there is no MS on both Final E and Radius Deep Mount. I guess what I'm asking is, do they fit bigger than usual like Xelastecs? Do I need to size down or size up?- PowerCycles

Best IEM tips?
Hi! I've read a few pages and I've found that the most recommended tips here are the Final E (clear) and Radius Deep Mount. I am planning to get both for my JVC HA-FDX1. Right now I'm using the MS size (?), what Final and Radius tips size should I get?- PowerCycles

I have both. Both are really good, IMO. You can get the 2XR, and treat them as your beaters, like I do. I got them for $70 new though.- PowerCycles

I have the ER2XR and from memory, the bass of EPH-100 has more rumble and it hits harder. In terms of quantity, the ER2XR has elevated sub-bass only while the EPH-100 has both elevated sub-bass and mid-bass. I wouldn't consider the bass of the Yamaha's as bloated. It also doesn't bleed on the...- PowerCycles
