Upgrade from my HD 280 Pro's
$200 budget. Source is my X-Fi Titanium HD. It works, the 1x slot in my motherboard is just weird so I moved it.- Poisoner

Upgrade from my HD 280 Pro's
I've always been happy with my 280s until now. I recently picked up some Beyerdynamic DTX 102 ie for my wife and they are way better than my 280s in every way. The 280s are extremely bright and I never noticed how much it affected the quality of the music I listened to. They gotta go.- Poisoner

HT Omega eClaro vs JDS Labs O2 + DAC
What would be a good set of headphones to upgrade too? I listen to a broad range of music that mostly consists of Christian metal and Spanish pop. But I do sneak in some rap on occasion. My only wish is something that doesn't have overwhelming bass.- Poisoner

HT Omega eClaro vs JDS Labs O2 + DAC
Sennheiser hd 280 pro. My ti-hd seems to be on its way out. If it's not the card then it might be the pcie 1x slot. But I'm not completely sure. Maybe I'll try it in a full pcie slot this weekend. And yes on board audio was disabled in bios- Poisoner

HT Omega eClaro vs JDS Labs O2 + DAC
I'm looking to replace my X-Fi Titanium HD and I am torn between these two choices. I mostly game but I do listen to music on occasion. Does anyone here have experience with either on of these devices? Sound quality is the most important thing to me.- Poisoner

Durable IEMs under $100?
Well, my Sennheiser CX 280's left channel has gone out after a few months of rugged abuse. Its beyond my ability to fix so I need to either buy another pair or buy another IEM. What is within my price range with comparable sound quality (nothing bass heavy) and durable? Also, how can I...- Poisoner

Buying my first sound card.
After listening to one song on the computer with the Recon 3d with my Sennheiser HD 280 Pros, this is what I will tell you. I think that the sound quality on the Recon 3d isn't that bad if you have good headphones. The X-Fi HD is still better but the difference is less pronounced with a good...- Poisoner

Questions about S4i or Sub $40 In-Ears
Are you talking about the Klipsch in ear monitors. I have had several pair of the s4i's and I do believe they are an awesome buy.- Poisoner

Non Asus or Creative Sound Cards
Thanks. I am asking because I am looking to maybe replace my x-fi titanium hd. I had a xonar Dx but I happened to exchange it because I absolutely hated the software for it. I had it for about three days and to be honest the jump from my recon 3d to the xonar was less than the jump from xonar to...- Poisoner
