So, the battery in my R8 has deteriorated so badly that it now loses 2% of charge per hour when not in use. It's quickly turning into a very expensive paperweight.

Have you checked the router settings to make sure this particular device is allowed to communicate? Maybe your router's firewall is blocking it?

Well, I for one haven't bought any IMR stuff since I cancelled my Ace and Zenith II orders. Avalon was my last purchase. Things were bad with the DM/Avalon, and they've only gone progressively worse since, so I made a good decision. Spared myself tons of stress.
