Ipod nano line out
It's been reported that Apple's dock has a variable line out (not a "true" line out). I suggest getting a Turbodock II (PM him, his name on head-fi is "TURBO"). The Sik Din or Pocketdock can work too.- phong

Though I no longer own any Shure IEMs. Their customer service for repair/replacement is top notch! Like said before on head-fi, they don't care how bad, they'll replace it. I had E2c's with the housing totally demolished (an accident on my part) and they replaced it.- phong

How noisy is your headphone amp?
no noise here with my go-vibe (2227 op-amp). Norm set my amp with a gain setting of 2.5 so there is a low noise floor with my headphones (so no hiss is great too for me low impedance 'phones). Even hooked up to my PSU (12V linear regulated), there is no noise.- phong

My doorman has something waiting...
my Go-Vibe V4 arrived yesterday (#50 of #50, yes I got the last Go-Vibe!). My power supply arrived today and im awaiting some Grado SR-60s (i decided to start up my rig with an entry Grado model), Turbodock II and interconnect on Friday. I can't wait!- phong
