Looking for new headphones
Thank you for your input! I mainly want either in ear or on ear. I tried using over ear for working out but it gets way too sweaty. Those wireless in ear were amazing, but I doubt they'll be available in Sweden anytime soon..- phallan

Looking for new headphones
So yeah I'm looking for a new pair of headphones that suits my lifestyle. I love audio and have preciously owned a pair of m50's. What I need is a pair of over, on-ear headphones (Bluetooth or Bluetooth optional) or in ear that have great deep bass but doesn't miss out on highs and soundstage...- phallan

Beyerdynamic DT 770 vs ATH-M50x vs Beyerdynamic Custom One Pro (other suggestions?)
As I've only had one of these headphones, or at the very least a version of one (ATH M50). These are the ones I can recommend. I bought these as my first real headphones and I was not disappointed at all. They're neutral but packs a good punch in the sound, too. They're rather portable, has a...- phallan

Step up from M50's
Alright (to both of you answering) thanks! For the record I've been on the hunt for an upgrade for a month or so. The idea is to get a great set of headphones that can and will work smoothly with a dac/amp setup together with my MacBook Pro 13" Retina at work. So the mobility isn't a...- phallan

Step up from M50's
Thank you all for your advice, I've been checking up on them and what his me is that most of these seem like "DJ/Mixing"-type of headphones. The ones I found the most interesting were the Philips Fidelio X1 and BeyerDynamic 990 Pro 250Ohm. Also found two on my own that I have no experience...- phallan

Step up from M50's
Hey everyone. I'm currently trying to replace/complement my amazing ATH M50's (my first proper headphone), and I'm looking for something that matches the criteria that the M50 has, and steps it up. Generally, and in these ways; Has a wide spectra of sound. In my opinion the M50 has a very...- phallan

Upgrade
I'm looking to upgrade my ATH M50's for a couple of reasons; I want a tad deeper and punchier bass. I want a tigher fit on my head Some sort of noise cancelling would be good, but if the fit becomes tighter maybe that's not an issue. Looking for the same audio profile as m50 but with the...- phallan

Step-up from ATH-M50
Exactly, and getting a portable amp would make it not so portable on the bus/train :P Seb- phallan

Step-up from ATH-M50
I had the K167's before the M50s and I didn't like them at all. I bought the m50 to compare them and I ended up sending the k167's back even though they were both burned in properly to make the sound better. To me, it seems they're too heavy to drive with phone/ipod alone. As they...- phallan

Step-up from ATH-M50
Hey! I've had my M50's for a while now - I use them to listen to music as I go to and from places by bus and train, plugging them into my iPhone 5 or my iPod Classic 120Gb. - and I was wondering what would be a step-up from these amazing cans in as many aspects as possible. Obviously it would be...- phallan

AKG "K267 TIËSTO" - Discussion, Impressions & Review Thread
Are they worth it though? For me? I'm doing SOME own producing every now and then but mostly I'll use them to listen at home or on the go. Should the k167's suit me better than the k267's?- phallan

Just ordered a pair of k267's. Am I being an idiot for ordering those when 50% of my listening will be done "on the go" ?- phallan
