Beats Solo3 Wireless - Impressions Thread

Yeah I think they are better then some people realise but obviously not as good as lcd's ect but for what they're meant to be as a portable rig honestly they're fun and convenient with few nice surprises (bass and some depth). Battery seem to last for an eternity and I find the fit and range...

Beats Solo3 Wireless - Impressions Thread

Can confirm these sound great and have very punchy satisfying tight bass. The rest of the sound is well balanced. I don't find they have as wider soundstage as some, but somehow the lask of harshness enables more depth of sound and I am hearing sounds that I hadn't picked up on before with...

    Ultrasone New performance Series: 840, 860 & 880 (First post last update : 2014/12/07)

Hey Mrjayviper, Mine arrived a few days ago from Kogan, they seemed like a bit of a bargain and so far I've found comfort to be fine. They clamp fairly tight but the pads are soft. The sound for me is a nice alternative to my LDC2's, these are slightly brighter but not over done and are very...

To be honest I don't really know either. I assume it maybe the format that you are listening too that it streams but my limited research has shed no light on the matter

Hi Giogio, sorry I can't help you with with APTX, I'm using AAC with my iOS and mac devices to stream from what I can tell. I have read they do support APTX though but I ain't used it.

Review by 'pete4sound' on item 'Bang & Olufsen BeoPlay H3'

These headphones have a nice open soundstage for an earbud headphone and are relatively comfortable to wear. The sound does seem to "settle" and refine somewhat after some time of burning in. They sound quite natural and relaxed especially at lower volumes but turn up the volume and these bad...

I just had a look on Best Buy and they are the non wireless for $199 from what I can tell, but they would probably sound the same I assume.

Hi, I would recommend them for sure. The more I use them I'm impressed and really enjoying using them. I think they've burnt in a bit since I bought them and sound great as far as I'm concerned for what they are meant to be. I bought mine on special here in Aus too. I would make sure the Studios...

Review by 'pete4sound' on item 'Beats Studio Wireless Over-Ear Headphone'

I bought these after reading a good review of the new Solo2 phones, and while they (the wireless studios) aren't in the same Leage of sound quality as my LCD2 and Burson combo I'm surprised at how much I am enjoying listening to them. The wireless is so convenient and they are comfortable for...

    Headphones sound worse when tired.

I know what you mean, I think it might come down to the level of concentration, for example when tired you could be just listening,  compared to not being tired, when you are more focused on the sound of the headphones. The HD650 are more about the micro detail versus being a forceful type of...

Best headphones under 300$ for rap/hip-hop, techno, trance. HELP ME PLZ

Hi I would say E17 with Ultrasone 550 or DJ1. From my collection I use these headphones most to make bass sound like bass

Bassy headphones for under $200 (AU)

Apparently the Beyer 770 pro limited edition have less sibilance/treble than the standard edition. I loved the bass on the 770's but the treble was too strong at the same time and became fatiguing for me

Bassy headphones for under $200 (AU)

Hi, I would through in The Ultrasone Pro550 or DJ1 Pro (both very similar) as a suggestion for bass and overall performance with the types of music you listen to. The bass on my DJ1 Pro always impresses me and suits modern music. Build quality is good aswell
