Hello again, OOps sorry i did it reverse. I am inexperienced as I said. Now I measured again all the heaters work only problem is Right channel triode plate, which is 0 V. Minimax Right Channel Not Working Help
I desoldered QA1R amd comnnected to NPN B-C-E ports on the multimeter in hFe mode and read nothing. I guess this means it is useless. Does anyone know where I can get replacements for these BJTs. Mouser says they are discontinued.- paristhecure

Minimax Right Channel Not Working Help
Hello, I measured the voltage across the resistances you pointed. Both are around 22V, so I guess the solders are OK. I also tried the trimmer on the right channel, it does not affect the voltage. I made new measurements on the bias. The right tube bias is still 0. And sorry about...- paristhecure

Hello all, I just built the minimax amp. This was my second project after the 12AU7 amp and I enjoyed it a lot. But I have a problem, the right channel does not work and the left channel works for a short time after I turn on the amp. The LEDs all work. The V+ and Gnd voltage is 27V...- paristhecure
