I desoldered QA1R amd comnnected to NPN  B-C-E ports on the multimeter in hFe mode and read nothing. I guess this means it is useless. Does anyone know where I can get replacements for these BJTs. Mouser says they are discontinued.

Hello,   I measured the voltage across the resistances you pointed. Both are around 22V, so I guess the solders are OK. I also tried the trimmer on the right channel, it does not affect the voltage.   I made new measurements on the bias. The right tube bias is still 0. And sorry about...
