Low end. Cheap. Generic. Otherwise bang for buck cable thread!

Deciding between the 090 and 196 to replace my broken stock cable for my CE6P, which would be the better choice? They seem to be almost the same price and build quality. I'm mainly looking for a cable that is very soft and flexible at around the 30-50 USD price range. Thanks in advance.

FiiO Q1MKII- Native DSD Support, XMOS USB DAC chip, DAC AK4452, 20 hours

It seems to work fine so far. I think what it just did was remove the fiio control panel. I can still set to 32/384 and everything is working fine. I'm quite sure the drivers are still installed since my PC couldnt even detect the Fiio Q1 Mk2 without the drivers. Thanks for your help! EDIT: So...

FiiO Q1MKII- Native DSD Support, XMOS USB DAC chip, DAC AK4452, 20 hours

I'm using Windows 10 for my PC. Yup, I've tried messing around in the playback devices menu but still no luck. I did try connecting the Q1 Mk2 to a different USB port, and the problem seemed to have corrected itself for a while, but unfortunately it came back again. As for the issue, it is...

FiiO Q1MKII- Native DSD Support, XMOS USB DAC chip, DAC AK4452, 20 hours

Yup, I have tried reconnecting and also re-enabling the device under sound settings. Tried reinstalling the driver and changing the playback format to 16/44.1 but doesnt seem to work either. It seems like the audio gets "stuck". Any audio media I try just doesnt play itself.

FiiO Q1MKII- Native DSD Support, XMOS USB DAC chip, DAC AK4452, 20 hours

Hi, I have a problem with my Q1 Mk2 where I have to restart my Windows PC everytime when I turn it on, if not there is no sound. Windows detect the Q1 Mk2 but refuses to playback any sound. I have it set to 32bit 96kHz, but the Fiio control panel displays 44100Hz. Anyone has a fix for this? It's...

    iBasso DX80 . . impressions and reviews. . and discussion NEW FW: 1.6.0 ** link . . 1st page . . .

I have owned the DX50 and DX90 before, and currently the DX80 and I agree that the DX90 really has a completely black background. No hiss, just total silence where I can really enjoy my music. I think not all the DX80s are affected by this problem. Probably just some from the very first batch (I...

    Android phones and USB DACs

Hmm... I play FLAC files and tested with Neutron MP with all effects disabled and no audio mods installed, and also with UAPP. Maybe I'll try comparing with UARP. I could have gotten too used to the sound from neutron

    Android phones and USB DACs

I just tried the beta trial of UAPP and it kind of sounds weird (congested?) as opposed to the native USB audio on the Int S4 running CM11

    Android phones and USB DACs

I have the galaxy R and it only works with USB DACs through the UARP app. Voodoo sound is supported and is included by default in the kernels of custom ROMs for the phone in XDA.

[Review] iBasso D-Zero, with FiiO E7 Comparison

Quote: Actually, I meant that when the d-zero is connected to the phone to be used as a DAC (USB Audio), it drains the battery of the phone very quickly. I am using the app "USB Audio Recorder Pro" to play music

[Review] iBasso D-Zero, with FiiO E7 Comparison

Quote: When the red light turns off.   Anyway, does the battery of the phone drain very fast when connected to the d-zero and playing music? The battery of my phone decrease by about 4% for every song I play (around 5 minutes).

FiiO E07K ANDES Review and Help Thread

For anyone who owns and android phone with a wolfson wm8994 or wm1811 DAC, how is the sound from the E07k as compared to the latter? Would it be more worthwhile to go for a fiio E11 amp or the E07k dac/amp?
