Have a budget of ~$1,200   Need the full turntable setup, preferably unbalanced (doubt I could get balanced with $1,200), looking to rip 192k (yes I know it's overkill, still want it though).   I really don't want to sacrifice 192k...but if I can get something MUCH better by sacrificing...

I may have worded the title improperly, i should have just said IEMs. IEMs are needed because of headphone hair i get from regular headphones. Thank you for the suggestion though.

You're probably right, I just made a big leap from Ultrasone HFI-580's and of course just want to make sure that nothing is wrong or something after spending as much as I just did. I just don't have my Lyr 2 and Bifrost Uber so I'm very anxious.

So looking at my Sinusoidal, it seems a lot different from what is in the OP. But I realize that revisions have been made since then, is this more of the norm now?  

Finally broke down and bought these headphones, just waiting for my Schiit Lyr 2 and Bifrost Uber to come in and actually give these the power they deserve.

I've been looking to get these headphones for a while now, so it looks like Lyr 2 is a good amp to go with. Would a Bifrost go good as a DAC? Would it be recommended to go uber and USB connection?   Thanks guys, just been out of the loop for a while and want to make sure things haven't changed.
