Sansa Clip plus will not unlock
I installed 1.0.09A, reformatted, reinstalled, added new songs, and still the same problem. The clip unlocks for at most 1 second or so, and then locks again. I'll reinstall rockbox and see if that works, but I it looks like it won't be fixed. Anything else I should try?- novice1

Sansa Clip plus will not unlock
Stock. But, I did put Rockbox on it a while ago, but for my purposes preferred the stock. I thought I had removed all of the Rockbox. I used the uninstall, then manually put the firmware on the clip.- novice1

Sansa Clip plus will not unlock
When I start playing a song, my Clip Plus locks. I press and hold the home key, and a different screen appears for an instant, then locks again. I tried reformatting, and then reinstalling the firmware, but the problem is not fixed. Anything I can do, or is it "broken"? Thanks- novice1

jvc marshmallows vs air cushions
About a year ago I compared the two and slightly preferred the marshmallows. But, that was just my taste.- novice1

Good open earbuds for running?
If you can go a little higher in price, I just got the Phiaton PS 20 for the same purpose. To me they sound great. Only moderate isolation, which is what you are looking for. What is also good about them is that because they don't create a tight seal, you won't hear thumping when you run. They...- novice1

Designated thread for running, gym, workout earphones
Hello all, I am new to the forum and am learning a lot (but my wallet has lost some weight). I have seen several different threads about earphones for running, for the gym and working out. Would it make sense to have one designated thread for earphones for that purpose, like the "deal...- novice1

Help my dad pick jogging IEMs
I put the cable under my shirt. If find that the more the IEM isolates, the more "thump" I hear when running. I also find that wearing a hat or sweatband (over my ears) also helps to reduce the thump, and especially running the cable over the ear. The best thing might be to review the IEM...- novice1

Maxell DHP III and Koss UR50
Hi, I am new to these forums. I am trying to learn about options for under $50 over the ear headphones. I have read most of the recent posts, but there is nothing I could find on the Maxell DHP III or the Koss UR50. Has anyone heard these? Thanks, David- novice1

MEElec vs. Brainwavz, Sub $50 IEM Help
I am not sure that the cx21 is an improvement over the M6, just a different sound. I think the M6 started out at $40, but is now easy to find around $20. You may not prefer the over-the-ear design. For rock, which is what I listen too, the difference among the three headphones I listed is not...- novice1

MEElec vs. Brainwavz, Sub $50 IEM Help
I am sort of in the same position as you. I am a novice, and seem to have the same sound preference. I am not sure we can really get it in a sub $50 IEM. I am testing a few different models than the ones you have listed. I noticed that using a different tip can make a huge difference in the...- novice1

Sansa Clip Plus v. Toshiba Gigabeat U
I have a second gen ipod nano which I am looking to upgrade. I have read many posts about the Sansa Clip Plus, and how some people love it and others think it is only so-so, but good for the price. I read some posts about the Toshiba Gigabeat, which most seem to really like. I can get a U series...- novice1
