Creative Sound Blaster Z or Micca Origen+? (other options are welcome)
So I figured out that the Micca Origen+ has a CS4392 while the SBZ has the CS4398. Can't seem to find the exact difference anywhere, but the consensus is that the CS4398 DAC is the best one Cirrus Logic has... I guess that's more argument to go for the SBZ... I'll find out what to do with my...- NightAntilli

Recommendations for over-ear, closed headphones for gaming and music
I'll leave this video here... Although it's a bit more focused on gaming, you might find what you're looking for in here... A bit old, and long, but still relevant and might help you. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=63BxrNuXnYg- NightAntilli

Hm. Not liking those inputs & outputs on the Schiit SYS. It's gonna be too much cable clutter. Maybe I should just save more and buy both the SBZ and the Micca Origen+...- NightAntilli

I have no idea why someone would recommend the M50x for gaming but not the M40x. The soundstage of the M50x is so narrow, that everything sounds as if it's coming from within your head. The M40x soundstage is wider, making it better for gaming.- NightAntilli

I would say... The Beyerdynamic DT770, since it has a wide soundstage... But they are too hard to drive for you... 250 Ohms lol. There is a 32 Ohm version, but I don't know how they sound compared to the 250 Ohms one... It should sound similar though...- NightAntilli

Creative Sound Blaster Z or Micca Origen+? (other options are welcome)
How do the monoprice compare to the JBL LSR305 in terms of sound quality? They're much cheaper. Speaking of which... The LSR305 need some sort of volume knob if I go for the Sound Blaster Z. Controlling it solely through Windows would be kind of annoying. I don't have that issue if I go with...- NightAntilli
