I can vouch for Vesper audio, They did the mmcx mod on my ie800 for about £100... totally over the moon with there work, 1st class service

Do the z1r sound better than the ie900

Just brought a pair of ie300 after my ie800 gave up the ghost, the ie300 aren't in the same league as the ie800, soundstage seems less to me and the top and bottom end doesn't seem as polished. Is there anything better today than the ie800.

Just thought id share my little mod. Ive epoxy resined a pair of generic nozzles onto my ie800, not super high end finished but the end result is I can use a variety of tips now. Nothing seems to have changed in regard to the sound and Im super happy with the result.
