USB-C to 3.5mm adapters (DAC) - Let's find the best

Have you tried the balanced output? With my Hifiman Sundara and Tin P1+ (both balanced) it doesn't sound slow and muddy at all, voices and acoustic instruments are very realistic

Going fully Wireless IEMs. Too soon? Or are we there yet?

Thanks to the Amazon holidays extended return policy to January 31st I'm comparing the Sony WF-1000XM3 , Jabra 85t and Technics AZ70 The Sony and the Jabra have a more consumer friendly sound signature, adding bass and mid bass (especially the 85t) they produce a full sound that is surely...

I totally agree, these are the more audiophile TW IEM I've tried The sound is very natural, detailed but not thin, never congested or harsh

Going fully Wireless IEMs. Too soon? Or are we there yet?

I had them both in a/b comparison I'm a classical musician and I definitely prefer the Sony, bigger soundstage, better details and more realistic instruments timbre In terms of sound quality If you listen to classical and acoustic jazz you can't go wrong with the Sony

ATH-ESW9 and Pico: the best classic/jazz portable combo

Synergy is all: ATH-ESW9 with Pico sounds simply amazing. No more complaining about "too warm" sound, uncontrolled bass or harshness in highs of the ESW9. This is by far the best portable ring I've ever had for my music (classic and jazz) If you own the ATH-ESW9 you should try them with the...

Wooden portable ATH-ESW9 arrived! (with pics)

I'm burning in the ESW9 and they are getting better and better in in the mid-highs section, I 'm starting to appreciate the warm and full sound of this headphone, now when I switch to my E500 they sound thin to me. I still have the impression that recable them with the APS cable could be a...

I've just received my ESW9, right out of the box running out of my Predator (who has 200 hours) they sound ok but "dark", are they gonna change after the burn-in? How many hours do they need? Thanks
