    Welp, I've tried Spinfits, Sedna Earfit Crystals, HifiGo Divinus, Final E, and Spring tips, and none of them were quite as good as stock tips for me rip. Guess it's time to shell out for stock tips and cable.

    Even if they DID somehow spend millions upon millions for R&D, it would surely be better to sell it for a lower price and sell orders of magnitude more units. This seems quite short-sighted and exploitative from UM, gouging their most loyal customers and turning off everyone else.

    @MusicalDoc8 , I've unfortunately only heard the LCD5 at shows and briefly at a store. Wish there were better places to demo near me... @plumpudding2 , I ran it mostly off of an iFi Gryphon, which I know isn't the best source out there, but the convenience of being able to sit on the couch...

    @OneEyedHito my main issue is that the cable actively made the sound worse - breaking tip seal, microphonic, inconsistent due to the hooks changing shape.
