Audeze LCD-4
That crinkling noise is what I originally sent my LCD-X in for repair. Audeze finally got me my LCD-X back today. It seems a lot of their issues are down to poor communication between departments. How could my headphones have been shipped out already and customer service telling me that they...- MrBucket

They haven't done anything for me unless I have to publicly shame them, and the LCD-4 thread is the best place for that on here. Last time I did it I had an email reply within 45 minutes of shaming them in here when multiple phone calls and emails did nothing.- MrBucket

Audeze LCD-4
Following up on this I still do not have my LCD-X back. Audeze has lied to me over and over about the reasons I haven't got it back yet. They said they were going to send me a brand new pair to replace the pair that I know they received nearly a month ago now. This has been going on since...- MrBucket

MrSpeakers ETHER C Review / Announcement - A New Closed-Back Planar Magnetic Flagship from MrSpeakers
I actually prefer the sound of my LCD-X by a good margin, but I hate how they keep breaking and the horrible customer service.- MrBucket

MrSpeakers ETHER C Review / Announcement - A New Closed-Back Planar Magnetic Flagship from MrSpeakers
Exactly. Normally when I'm gaming at home I've got a nice cardioid mic on a boom near me, but I can't exactly bring that to a LAN with me.- MrBucket

Audeze LCD-X
I don't think there is a DAP in the world that would be able to drive the LCD-X properly. My AK240 in balanced mode doesn't come close to doing it. It gets plenty loud like you said, but the sound is just anemic. My Mojo and Lyr 2 both drive them amazingly well though.- MrBucket

Audeze LCD-X
Yes, I had to publicly shame them in there to respond to me for the first time in over 5 weeks about my headphones they had for 2+ months. Then magically 45 minutes later they sent me an email saying they were complete and would be shipped back the next week. They sent them back in worse...- MrBucket

Audeze LCD-X
Only certain songs, but if they shifted around on my head while I was wearing them it would make the noise, and you know how heavy they are and how easily they can shift around.- MrBucket

Audeze LCD-4
They have had my LCD-X for over a month now and haven't updated me at all on them. I called this week to find out and on Tuesday I got a woman on the phone who said she couldn't look it up for me because she was working from home and had closed her system for the day (there were still a few...- MrBucket
