Oh I've spoken to them on the phone many times, but every time its some kind of excuse.

They haven't done anything for me unless I have to publicly shame them, and the LCD-4 thread is the best place for that on here.   Last time I did it I had an email reply within 45 minutes of shaming them in here when multiple phone calls and emails did nothing.

Exactly.  Normally when I'm gaming at home I've got a  nice cardioid mic on a boom near me, but I can't exactly bring that to a LAN with me.

I don't think there is a DAP in the world that would be able to drive the LCD-X properly.  My AK240 in balanced mode doesn't come close to doing it.  It gets plenty loud like you said, but the sound is just anemic.  My Mojo and Lyr 2 both drive them amazingly well though.

So with iOS 9.2 now I can just use the stock cable with the Mojo and an iPhone USB cable and it works with Tidal first try.

Nope, the Woo Audio stand is made out of aluminum so its quite heavy and sturdy, its one of the reasons I got it.  I've got one of those wooden omega stands and it tips over easily.
