For now I've decided to return the Penrose X. The biggest pro of the headset for me was the max volume, they go loud. For some games like RDR2 where the max volume on my Turtle Beach Stealth 700 gen 2 is just slightly too low it's great. But for majority of my games the TB will do me just fine...

Also... In the mobile app I can load other presets but it always fails when I do this. So PC really is the only way, a shame.

For some reason when I click in the mic wheel and let loose and then spin it, it still controls the mic volume and not game/chat audio mix. How come? I checked this while connected with BT and in the app, it keeps only controlling mic volume.

Thanks for the reply. I actually had it with Youtube too. Videos would have this crackle in it. Until I changed it from DTSX to Atmos and it was gone. Changed back to DTSX and it was gone too, it's odd.
