    Try a diff USB cable, this was the issue with my Fostex HPA8. Replaced the stock cable with a shielded cable and all popping went away.

    I owned the TH600 and they DESTROYED the D600, HM 400, Ultrasone 900.. not even an argument. The sound was spacious, lush and accurate. I upgraded to the TH900s which are even better. Maybe your source is an issue. Suprised to read this review.

    I will be receiving my 900s tomorrow and I will chime in on here with my pre burn-in comparo between the th600 and the Usones 900. Right now I feel the TH-600 are a tad too bass light but over all a great sounding headphone.
