What are everyone's thoughts on the GEC A-2900 in the Bigger Ben?

I just ordered both volumes (alpha and beta) on vinyl, and I don’t even own a turntable!

I wasn’t sure if it was compatible via an adapter like the Bigger Ben (at least rev 1) is…thanks for confirming!

Vacuum tubes will likely go the way of cellulose film stock at some point in the future, sadly enough. Although, physical media for music has had quite a revival, with vinyl sales increasing something like 17 consecutive years in a row (still, dwarfed by streaming).

Agartha and Rockwell too, if I’m not mistaken?

I’m probably not the person to ask, but my understanding has always been that EL34/KT88 amps tend to offer a fuller, more forceful presentation, while 300B is all about air and atmosphere.

I’m much less pleased with the new USB-C dongle than I was with the lightning version. Maybe it’s just nervosa, but the new version seems much more harsh and lean (or I’ve been spending too much time with the Cayin RU-6).

I've always struggled to understand the ergonomic criticism of the Diana line. After adding their new adhesive headband pad, the Diana just melts away like nothing else (but I realize head shapes and sizes will vary!).
