Hey guys, I am looking for some new cans for university... I have tried the beyerdynamic aviation headset manufaktur, which imho is the most comfortable aviation headset I have tried, and just went on their website to potentially order when I saw they had the same manufaktur for audio...

There is no real necessity, in my eyes, to make the amp any differently, if it is a mono source it will just bridge the contacts and output will be the same on both channels.  I assume that the high end headphones have a switch to make sure that a proper connection is made between channels...

Where abouts are you... you should be able to find them for $10-15. My uncle works at hammond so he periodically brings me boxes... I just used that exact box to house my cMoy but the 1590N1 is definately the most useful, a little larger and taller.

Sayal is great for all of your generic parts, but when you have to find specialized ic's, or good jacks etc. you are screwed. The guy that runs the store is pretty good, and if you have more than $15 worth of parts he can get anything in for you... proabably orders from digikey. I  have built...

I am greatly appreciative... I couldn't for the life of me find what headphones those were and those beyer's look to be the ones... I would NEVER put that many stickers on them though...  

I love the look of these headphones... regardless of sound quality, does anyone know what they are?

Excuse my naivety on the subject, but In the first picture what kind of headphones are those? Both pairs are beautiful.
