There's no added 3.5mm jack o Px7 S2e, just like on Px7 S2 and Px8. You can use a 3.5mm source via the USB-C input though, with the included cable, while the headphones are powered on (again, just like Px7 S2 and Px8).

Yup same, ended up using them just for calls (good mic quality and very comfortable to wear), but because for me they were too warm for music 🤣

They're using the wrong cable. Unlike common USB-C to USB-C cables, Apple's Lightning to USB-C cables don't support USB host mode on the Lightning end. You need to use a dedicated Lightning to USB-C host cable (such as FiiO LT-LT1/3/4), or a normal USB-A to USB-C cable connected to an iPhone...
