Scarlette 2i2 creating crackling and robot noises after a few hours of use, and headphone issues.

Hello all. I have owned a pair of Beyerdynamic DT 770 80 ohms, a Flouren BM-800 microphone, and a scarlette 2i2 interface (2nd Gen). I wasn't having any issues at first, but about a month, or so after I bought it I started to have a crackling noise occur that interfered with my audio. It was...

Best mic for around 100 dollars?

Plug and play usually means no external devices, and objects are needed to run the product implying that you can just buy it, plug it in and play it. I also said I didn't have an external device that can use xlr/power a higher end mic. Not to mention there aren't many xlr mics around the 50-100...

Best mic for around 100 dollars?

Hello everyone, since I am beginning to start streaming and recording audio I need to look for a decent microphone for around 50-100 dollars. I know the common answer is to go for the Blue Yeti, but I'm not a person who buys in to the most commonly bought products so easily. From my experience...

Beyerdynamics DT 770 (80, or 250 ohms) or Senheiser HD 598 cs (Closed edtion)

I'm sure both of these will blow my turtle beaches out of the water. I am just that person who has sever buyer's remorse and will regret not getting the dt 770's or something which was the pair I originally wanted.

Beyerdynamics DT 770 (80, or 250 ohms) or Senheiser HD 598 cs (Closed edtion)

I'm kinda new and trying to learn which is why I am trying to decide which is best for me. So do you think the dt 770 just out class the hd 598's closed edition in almost every way, or is there something in them you think would be better than the dt 770

Beyerdynamics DT 770 (80, or 250 ohms) or Senheiser HD 598 cs (Closed edtion)

In my post I was saying how I didn't care more about the accuracy of the sound, but the immersion that the game puts me in. That leads me to believe I may want more bass, and less neutral sounds so things pop and blow me away more than hearing how close something sounds. Then maybe the...

Beyerdynamics DT 770 (80, or 250 ohms) or Senheiser HD 598 cs (Closed edtion)

Yeah, I never know what to choose because I hear the hd 598's have a bigger soundstage, then I hear the same thing about the 770's. I don't really have a definitive way to find out which is better for me. I mostly just want them for video games, movies, and music.

Beyerdynamics DT 770 (80, or 250 ohms) or Senheiser HD 598 cs (Closed edtion)

I usually hear the same thing about both headphones.

Beyerdynamics DT 770 (80, or 250 ohms) or Senheiser HD 598 cs (Closed edtion)

Thanks for the help. Doing research I was getting many mixed opinions, and even though I typed in closed on google I often got topics on the open ones instead.

Beyerdynamics DT 770 (80, or 250 ohms) or Senheiser HD 598 cs (Closed edtion)

Hello everyone. I was just wondering what headphone would be best for someone gaming with an amp. I have an amp that can power the Beyerdynamics dt 770 and their higher impedance models, but wanted to know how they compare to the HD 598's closed edition. The HD 598's are on sale right now for...

It seems like I can get a used pair of dt 770's for around 80 dollars which seems good enough for me.

Looking for a new pair of headphones for around 200 dollars (Powered by an amp)

Yeah, it has a headphone jack which I plug in with the converter and I can actually use the cord that came with my crappy turtle beaches that allow you to split the audio into your video on your tv for the amp. I've never used amps before, but this one seems to work well and fine for me. It was...

Looking for a new pair of headphones for around 200 dollars (Powered by an amp)

Thanks for the reply, and yeah I definitely will cross the m50x's off the list because portability isn't an issue for me. I got the amp because the house we flipping (and also moving in) had a brand new HK 3300 just sitting in there and they said I could have it. I never used an amp before, but...

Looking for a new pair of headphones for around 200 dollars (Powered by an amp)

I guess I did mean rock and metal in a general way. I really listen to all types of music from heavy metal, to classic rock, synthetic metal. EVen the more instrumental metal like nightwish, and similar bands. I'm an all around person. So probably just emphasize on the video game part more.  ...

Looking for a new pair of headphones for around 200 dollars (Powered by an amp)

Hello everyone, I am here looking for a new pair of headphones that I am going to be using primarily for gaming, recording, and music.  What I need for my headphones are a closed pair as I have a very loud computer, and am rebuilding the house I am living in so there is a lot of noise, and I...
