If you're careful you can unscrew and take it off... but if you're unsure of that, then yeah good quality painter's tape is the way to go.

Agreed. 10 days ago I received my Rognir planar and didn't expect such bass impact. With ECL-03 MF it is a really bass monster.

BTW I owned the progenitor of all GHs. It was the very first version in custom design. There was a bass like a cannon, so this Cannon...

TH900 was the first headphone I sold after acquiring Rognir planar. Literally found them unlistenable after hearing the Rognir magic...
