Even with H2O2 overnight, my biflange are very far from being white. Anyone have any brilliant ideas to make them pristine white? I wonder what the idea is the to make tips white or yellow when environmental factors suchs as wax and my newpaper ink-stained fingertips intervene.

I certainly hope so as i just spent $$$ to replace my scrunched E3s with UM1s. Can't really fault Shure for their warranty but I felt it was time for a change. klown

Something might be blocking the tube where the sleeve is on. Try using a very thin needle on it or something similar...I don't think the cleaning thingy that comes with it is long enough. klown

Any ideas what could be causing this? I have experienced a lot of humidity/condensation on the left side since I got'em 2 months ago. I just put them on today and the left canal practically emits no sound compared to the right canal. I checked for earwax but it looks clean. Thanks, Klown

Update: I jury-rigged my E2 Ultra-soft black medium sleeves on the E3 and they fit fairly well compared to the grey sleeves which do not fit and seem to cause condensation in my ears. Anybody have any similar issues and/or possible solutions? klown
