aroldan Is the 30000 song limit for playlists hard-coded into Rockbox? Or could it be slightly increased (as 160GB ipods are bigger than most (or all) other DAPs? I have quite a few mono encoded songs, and when I fill up the ipod it get's into the 34000 range or so, and it would nice to be...- kitchenprof

Here's a question for aroldan (or anyone who might be working on future builds). Would it be difficult to expand the maximum "limit" for the playlist size just a bit? With the settings as they are you cannot increase this number past 30000, but unlike other rockbox devices, it's not hard to have...- kitchenprof

Greetings all. Happy to find this forum, and specifically this conversation the other day. I've been running Rockbox on a Classic ipod 6G (160GB) since last early last year. And for a long time, the stability wasn't so good. I was lucky to get a full hour out of it before a crashing stutter...- kitchenprof
