Upgrading closes cans, help?
Ah, I read two that said the momentums were better, and that being said, I don't really like the momentums much, so that killed the idea for me. Now considering these Kefs... I have never liked an on ear headphone, nor have I ever liked that sort of flat headphone pad. Are they really that...- kharion

Upgrading closes cans, help?
Both of these headphones are in the same price range as my headphones, and the reviews say are mediocre. Also the ear cups of the Kef M500 look awful.- kharion

Upgrading closes cans, help?
I don't even need to turn my HD380s all the way up at an impedence of 54ohms. If I were to get an amp I'd get the e7.- kharion

Upgrading closes cans, help?

I do want flat although. They will go with me everywhere. I do not care about size. Detachable wire is...- kharion

Upgrading closes cans, help?
Currently I own a pair of Sennheiser HD 380 pros, and am looking to upgrade to a nicer pair of closed back cans. The Senn's sound GREAT dont get me wrong, but they lack the sparkle on the high end (which I want), and a bit of definition in the low end. I want flat! I was thinking the Denon...- kharion

Need Comfy Cans Recommendation ($100-200)
+1 on the HD 598 Another cheaper alternative to the 598 which is extremely comfortable are the HD 380s. They are closed back though.- kharion

What portable amp would you suggest for the PXC 450s? They have high impedance. I'm looking something cheap and effective.- kharion

Senn PXC 450 bass drop?
I'm looking to upgrade cans, and currently I have a pair of Senn HD380s. The bass is great, just enough, and the mids and highs are nice and clear but the noice cancellation on the PXC 450s sound great. But everyone says there is a drop in bass when NC is active. Is it a significant drop? I love...- kharion
