Help a guy out...... Anyone had to glue their IEMs back toghether?
I went with Super Glue, Locktite brand from Walmart because the bottle had a brush applicator. Looks like a successful operation. Thanks for all the replies.- Kfcounts

[REVIEW] Head-Direct RE0 - a new contender for the best IEM
Well, to glue my Right IEM, I went with Locktite Super Glue from wallyworld. It had a brush applicator. The operation was successful and I am looking forward to many months/years with my Re0s. I really like them. BTW I finally tried them out with foam tips. I used ones that came with...- Kfcounts

Help a guy out...... Anyone had to glue their IEMs back toghether?
I posted this in the RE0 thread, but one of my RE0s has come apart at its seam. I assume its just a bad glue joint. I'd like some advice on how best to put them back together. Which glue is recommended? Will I be able to get them loose much later if I have to replace the cables...- Kfcounts

[REVIEW] Head-Direct RE0 - a new contender for the best IEM
I have a pair with a slight problem. The glue holding one earpiece together is bad. The two halves separated on me. I think this happened once within the first 7-10 days I owned them and I just put them back together. It looks like just a bad glue joint. Anyone have experience gluing...- Kfcounts

Deal Alert - Brainwavz M1
I can't seem to pass up these deals on bargain IEMs. So far I've bought the RE0 ($80), iM-570 ($60), MEE M6 ($40) and now the BW-M1 ($30). This forum is a curse in that sense, but without it I wouldn't be hearing such good sound.- Kfcounts

jvc air cushion burn in time.
I bought a pair of the FX66s a few months back. I was greatly disappointed in their sound. Mine are very muffled. I burned them in several days and didn't hear any appreciable improvement. Now I'm new to high quality IEMs. At the same time I bought the FX66s, I bought the Maximo iMetal 590s...- Kfcounts

Kudos to Head-Fi Gurus and 1 newb question
Thanks to opinions on this forum, I have a pair of iM-590s on order as a major upgrade from Wal-Mart grade earphones. They will be my critical pair and I also have a pair of cheap JVC air cushions on order for exercise/yard IEMs. None of my mp3s were ripped higher than 256 and most are 192 or...- Kfcounts
