I was wondering if, because of the design, they just dont go very far into the canal campared to the Shures. Anyone else have this issue ?

Just received mine. Two quick questions. 1. How do they go on ? Cable down or up (like my Shure E4Cs). 2. My black Shure olives seem to be a much looser fit on the Atrios. Is this normal ? (a bit worried about putting them in my ears and the Atrios come out san olives !!!)
