Just posting to say I got this as a gift from my brother who knows I've been an audiophile for 50+ years, and I'm really enjoying it. Using it with IEMs and balanced cable and it sounds great.

I have a Geek Out I remain quite pleased with. 5 years later hindsight is 20/20, but at the time there weren't particular alarm bells.

So as LH/L's consumer rep, you could have been helpful and answered the question, but chose not to?

It always seems to surprise scammers that people who've been swindled care about it.

I personally would not be happy to receive a Wave. I already have not just one but at least a couple of devices that will serve the equivalent purpose: (1) A Pono, an excellent crowdfunded DAP delivered on budget and on time; (2) My phone, which can play full resolution (RedBook or hi res) files...

Would suggest further communications regarding legal proceedings take place at and through the Audiophile Style website, which has a thread with all the latest pertinent information.

Yes, there are literally dozens of these, some quite good, on the market. I've got a Pono, and can set up my phone to stream hi res music from home or streaming service to a portable DAC, and from there to headphones or an audio system. There really is no need for another DAP, and I don't know...

Or perhaps it's already been developed (this isn't rocket science), Jarek spoke out of turn, and is trying to walk it back. Impossible to know without information we can rely on, and certainly no one associated with LHL has proved to be reliable over the years.

That's funny in a dark sort of way. A "product" that may be entirely hypothetical won't be released, if at some indefinite future point it is ever ready, because Light Harmonic will at such indefinite future date be suddenly ultra sensitive to the thoughts of backers in return for whose millions...

This contradicts your previous statement that the reason it isn't being released is due to possible public outcry. Obviously if the product hasn't even been developed, that would be the reason it hasn't been released. So as is so often the case, we are left to wonder which of the various...
