well the **** with those sonys is that they dont give u much detail at mediocre volume levels. they deliver awesome bass (many ppl slate the bass to be flat etc...whateva it just sounds fat at the end of the day). but especially when u mix dnb and likes u cant really hear the snares. so id...

dont let u fool Hagen. the senheiser hd25 is the best dj headphone ever. not as bulky as all those beyerdynamc, sony etc cans. really durable and every single piece replaceable. besides very good sound quality which is slightly on the bassy side.

btw that was 1 reason y i swapped my V700 for a Sennheiser HD25...every single part of which this headphone consists is replaceable separately (great advantage since i use my cans outdoor too and i dont treat em well everytime )

so if i were u id just call sony and ask how much itll cost to get em fixed there...well without a receipt u have to bear all costs

thx BUT (!) the hd25 offers lots of advantages in its construction (at least for me). The Sony V6 isnt available here in Europe and and i had a look @the HD280 as well, but i must admit, i didnt like their sound too much. Just not my taste plus they r too bulky. The HD25 is the ideal headphone...
