I like those KRK KNS-8400s.  I'm at a tie between the 8400s, the TMA-1s, and the Shure SRH840s.  Thanks for that life expectancy, I was thinking 5 years if I was LUCKY, then again I'm used to replacing my Skullcandys every 10 months lol.

Those are both right in my price range and the style is what I'm looking for.   By the way, whats the life expectancy of the TMAs the Shures and the Beyers?  And anyone know about how good their warranties/customer service are?

I'll have to look some more but even ebay won't go below $195 right now, (and I'd rather spend some extra and get them brand new) but I'll keep looking as I've got a couple weeks before payday.  Other suggestions are greatly appreciated, but as of right now I think the TMA's are the best choice...

Ya I did look at em, I really like the design of them.  Only problem is I can't find em for under $200, which is over my limit, but they seem worth it... I'm really impatient but they might be worth waiting until next paycheck for lol

The ATH-A700s seem really good, and only $117 on amazon.  My only problem is that I don't like the look of them. I like the look of the bose ones I mentioned earlier over the 700s.  Thanks for the suggestion though.
