For sale is a Brand New in Box Verite Closed "RAVEN" from the November Limited Drops. I only tried them on once and didn't even plug them in. I ended up ordering another pair of Verite that I'm going to keep (and I had those first). These are beautiful and includes all original materials...

The requiems caught my eye, but they got sold. Ended up snagging the Ravens.

Had to go with the Claret.  Thought about the black, but that shiny apple looked too good to pass up.

The Nameless Guide To PC Gaming Audio (with binaural headphone surround sound)

Just picked up an Asus U3 and have it going into my bifrost via toslink.  I'm trying to play CS:GO with dolby headphone and it sounds HORRIBLE.  It's like I'm running around in a vacuum.  Windows and the game are set to 5.1 and asus software is set to dolby headphone.  Anything I can do to fix...

Choose a Closed Headphone for Me - Please.

Currently beating my head against the wall trying to figure out what direction to go. I'm looking for a closed headphone and ended up buying the DT770 (250ohm) and I'm not happy with them at all. I tried using them in a competitive gaming setting and the bass is just too boomy to cue in on the...

Still kicking this around... now I saw the Shure 1540s and made the decision even more difficult.   Slightly leaning towards the MDP because 150 is 150 and I really do enjoy the DT770s with EDM.  If the MDP is suited towards that and STILL decent for gaming maybe that's the route I should...

Hmm... does one make more sense than the other if I have the HD650s and HD598?

So if I want to use them for gaming 60% of the time it's a no brainer to go for the Alphas then?  I don't want to make the mistake I did with the DT770 which now have to go back to amazon.

Schiit DACs (Bifrost and Gungnir down, one to go)? The information and anticipation thread.

Quote:   That's the answer I got from Jason as well.  Apparently it's completely normal with a toslink/coax connection.  Mechanical clicks are something new to me from my DAC so I'll see if I get used to it over the next few days and go from there.   I like how responsive schiit is as...

Schiit DACs (Bifrost and Gungnir down, one to go)? The information and anticipation thread.

Quote:   It's all the time.  All of my music is 16/44 right now.  I hear a click every time I pause/unpause a song, switch songs, skip ahead in a song, and every time windows plays a sound.  I've disabled windows sounds for now, but it's still pretty obnoxious.     When songs play...

Schiit DACs (Bifrost and Gungnir down, one to go)? The information and anticipation thread.

Quote:   I did, thanks.  There wasn't a solution that I found only an acknowledgement of it existing.  I just wanted to confirm that clicking every single time a song starts/stops is "normal".
