Can the headband be found as well in Japan?

Does anyone know where replacement earpads and headband can be purchased from? Mainly searching for ones in Europe, but as a last resort, it could be worldwide. Thanks!

Hi guys - need some help. Does anyone have a clue how much replacing the main board would cost if it's done out of warranty? And is a whole replacement needed if there are just several resistors damaged (including a photo for reference). Thanks!

Ah and here's what I just got as a response from Chord's official support over email: " Hi XXXXXXXX, this needs to be returned to the seller. It is unlikely that a Poly of this age will update to the latest software from a very early version. I'm sorry I can't be more help in this instance."

Thanks for all the help guys!!! Magically, I managed to get the unit going. Ran the same update routine multiple times, then installed the GoFigure app on a different phone, connected it to the Poly and finally the app loaded correctly. Software version was at 1.0.43 (or something similar) and...

One more question - is there a step-by-step guide for updating the firmware without the GOfigure app? The only one I found online was this here: https://www.moon-audio.com/files/chord/chord-poly-firmware-2.0.0.pdf If I follow those steps, would it work: Leave Poly connected to a WiFi network...
