Does hair and/or glasses/sunglasses dictate what you use?

Especially when I have short hair, the headband leaves a huge dent and shapes my hair. It's actually extremely hard to fix if you don't shove your head under a sink, and I look like I've had surgery if I leave it alone   Headphones in general are quite uncomfortable to use with glasses...

    Triple flange tips FTW!!!!

For.The.Win!!   I'm so happy I shed a tear. Breathes new life into any IEM. Good thing because I almost gave away my Turbine Pro Gold and B&W C5. I've been shaking my head vigorously for 1 minute and they're in place. As with any IEM I guess, correct tips are crucial.   Absolutely no...

I just made the Lady GaGa Heartbeats perfect

On that note, let me add that I tried the Shure SE425 and 535.

I just made the Lady GaGa Heartbeats perfect

Triangular. I almost gave them away, but I thought I'd give them a try with the new tips, and I was very impressed. They even sounded much clearer, and the bass was not muffled like before. Vocals are very good as well. If you own the heartbeats, I seriously recommend you try them with other...

I just made the Lady GaGa Heartbeats perfect

They fit perfectly, leak absolutely NO sound, and sound better than the P5's. I was blown away by the sound quality after changing the tips.   Solution: Comply T-500 <3

Do you ever find yourself buying more than one pair of a headphone you love?

I think I'm developing a compulsive disorder regarding this. Let's say the ones you have last 15 years, and there's no way you can get the same pair again. Would you buy two or three of the same just to be safe? Especially in regards to spare parts, be it pads, wires etc.

Very impressed with Bowers & Wilkins C5

I own both the P5 and P3, and to be honest I actually think that the C5 sounds better than both. Bass is thumping, but not overwhelming ( I mostly listen to house, trance, r&b/soul, rap). Highs, mids and lows are very good as well. I see a few people think they're somewhat uncomfortable due to...

An idea for B&W P5 circumaural headphones.

Considering the pads are detachable and are connected magnetically, couldn't B&W make replacable full size pads, making them a full size circumaural set?  Or am I way off!

Making my first serious headphones purchase - advice please!

Bowers & Wilkins P5. Highly recommended. I use them almost every day on the bus. Isolates very good, barely leaks sound. Great bass, and they fit perfectly ( I haven't had a problem with them ever sliding off one way or the other). You can have them on for extended listening without hurting your...

    Lafayette F-990 60's 70's

Hi!   First post, but I've been hanging out here for a long time :-)   Thought I'd share a video of these. They sound great. House/r&b/blues/rock...it handles any genre nicely. They're huge but have a comfortable fit. Sound leakage is minimal. The song playing comes directly from the...
